How Points Are Earned and Lost
Welcome to the Blitz Masters Balls System, the core of how we score and rank players in our fantasy football leagues. Understanding the point system is essential to mastering your team and outscoring your opponents.
In our system, points (or "balls") are awarded and subtracted based on player performances in real NFL games. The better your players perform, the more points you score, bringing you closer to victory. Here's a breakdown of how points are earned and lost:

Offensive Points:
Touchdowns (TD): +6 points
Passing Yards: +1 point for every 25 yards
Rushing Yards: +1 point for every 10 yards
Receiving Yards: +1 point for every 10 yards
Reception (Catch): +1 point
2-Point Conversion (Passing or Rushing): +2 points
Field Goals (FG): +3 points for 40-49 yards, +4 points for 50+ yards
Extra Points (XP): +1 point

Negative Scoring:
Interceptions (QB): -2 points
Fumbles Lost (Any Player): -1 point
Sacks (QB): -1 point
Failed 2-Point Conversion: -2 points

Defensive Points:
Sacks (Defense): +1 point
Interceptions (Defense): +2 points
Fumble Recoveries (Defense): +2 points
Touchdowns (Defense or Special Teams): +6 points

Points Allowed (Defense):
0 points allowed: +10 points
1-6 points allowed: +7 points
7-13 points allowed: +4 points
14-20 points allowed: +1 point
21+ points allowed: 0 points
